Founded in 1954, by Aurelio Zanotta, the company works with internationally famed architects and designers, cleverly employs diverse technology and advanced use of host of materials to remain and maintain a highly recognized brand in the Italian industrial design.
Zanotta was founded in times when pop art was in full swing, the world was in turmoil and an effervescent anti-conventionality filled the air. A group of internationally famed designers like Piero Gatti, Andrea Branzi, Joe Colombo, Cesare Paolini and Franco Teodoro shaped the brand’s philosophy and design, and gave it a timeless, fresh and characterful look.
Flamingo comes as an armchair, monobloc and modular sofa, with frame made of steel and removable fabric or leather cover. Elastic strips suspension. Upholstery in polyurethane foam/heat-bound polyester fibre. Polished or black painted aluminum alloy feet. The sofa can be equipped with back and lumbar cushions upholstered with goose feathers – 100% pure material.

The Zanotta Genni is a lounge chair and a footstool combination that flaunts the classic style of the 1930’s. The chair is from tubular steel influenced by the Bauhaus style. Lama 921 is a lounge chair, with varnished steel frame, colour graphite. Polyurethane uphostery with elastic strips suspension. Sleek and streamlined, the Lama has a very striking and original appearance.
