Lambert & Fils draws its inspiration from art, design and architecture to create lighting where simplicity does not exclude complexity. All collections are designed, manufactured and assembled in Montreal. The brand commits itself to a tradition of high-quality in-house design, local savoir-faire, and a collaborative team spirit.
Lambert & Fils is a collaborative lighting design studio founded in 2010 by Samuel Lambert. Family has always been of great importance for him. Аs a child he frequently assisted his father in pottery. However, when his son was born he finally embraced the idea of design and craftsmanship (in French Lambert & Fils means Lambert & Sons).
A combination of asymmetry and equilibrium that fills the space with both direct and indirect light. Playing with contrasts, Mile is part art installation and part utilitarian light.
Waldorf series offers a variety of suspended, wall-mounted and floor lighting configurations. Its harmonic look comes from the black/ white natural brass and covers.
Lambert & Fils has successfully combined a table lamp and art into a single luminaire. Clark is made up of a sole brass sheet cut and folded precisely. The marble at the base adds a contemporary touch to its surrounding environment.
Nowadays, Lambert & Fils employs close to 55 people and occupies a spacious 21 000 square feet studio. For better precision and durability, all products are being designed and assembled in house.
